Who are we? We are Carmen and Marina Puche, and together we are Manitas de Plata®
Through this website we sell products and distribute illustrations under the brand name Manitas de Plata®

Intellectual property
All the products that we sell in our online store –drawings, photographs, designs, articles, pages, images, product descriptions, etc.- are subject to copyright and intellectual property rights, of which Marina Puche is the sole owner. In no event will these rights be transferred or assigned without our prior, explicit and written consent.

Specifically, the contents of this website may not be reproduced, reinterpreted, disseminated, sold, distributed or used for commercial or other purposes. If in doubt, you can ask us and we will be happy to talk to you.
In our company, we are very respectful of the work of all creators and we value their effort and dedication. We thank you for doing the same with us.

Price and taxes. Taxes are shown in each case, in Euros (€), and include Spanish VAT, which is currently 21%.

Payment methods. Payment for products can be done using a debit or credit card through the secure payment platform Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account.
Shipping costs are not included and are detailed in section 7.
So we can issue a corresponding invoice, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with your tax information to our contact email so that we can send it to you.

Shipping. All purchases made are sent from Spain by shipping company. Shipments take place 1-3 days after receipt of payment. Products will be delivered in 3 to 5 working days in Spain,  5 to 12 days in the rest of Europe and 7 to 15 days to other destinations. I am afraid that I cannot confirm an arrival date for each package, as it depends on each country’s postal service and customs.
When you place your order, check your shipping information carefully. If there is an error and the delivery cannot be completed, you will have to bear the costs of the new shipping. If delivery cannot be made to your home and the order remains at the Post Office for 15 days without being collected, the package will return to our offices and you will have to pay for new shipping.

We hope you don’t have to return any purchase, because you are delighted with your “manitas”, but in the event that this is not the case, you have the option to exchange or receive a refund, according to the following guidelines:

Period: 10 calendar days from receipt of the product.

Shipping costs: Shipping costs, provided they are not due to error or defective merchandise, will be borne by the customer. We do not accept postage due. Please send your returns through an established shipping company. Manitas de plata is not responsible for damage, loss or theft during shipping of returns.

Once we have checked that the product you want to return is in perfect condition and in its original packaging, we will proceed with the exchange or refund.

Exchanges may be made for a product of equal or greater value. In case of higher value, the customer must pay the difference.

In the case of a refund, the price of the product will be paid to the same payment method used initially within 5 business days from when it arrives at our studio.

Accepting the conditions of sale. The acquisition of any product offered on this website implies knowledge and acceptance of the legal conditions – conditions of sale and legal notice – of this website.
